德國SIFIN血型單克隆抗體

單抗制品即為單克隆抗體（Monoclonal antibody，簡稱McAb）制品，其由雜交瘤細胞生產(chǎn)，單克隆抗體其制品純度高、專一性強、效價高，使用時可免除不同細胞及微生物種或株間血清學(xué)上的交叉反應(yīng)，大大提高了診斷的特異性及敏感性。

1993：許可證由埃利赫研究院（PEI）擴展；

2003：通過人體0483附錄II列出IVDD產(chǎn)品額外檢查。

單克隆抗體是由單一B細胞克隆產(chǎn)生的高度均一、僅針對某一特定抗原表位的抗體，稱為單克隆抗體。通常采用雜交瘤技術(shù)來制備，雜交瘤（hybridoma）抗體技術(shù)是在細胞融合技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，將具有分泌特異性抗體能力的致敏B細胞和具有無限繁殖能力的骨髓瘤細胞融合為B細胞雜交瘤。

用具備這種特性的單個雜交瘤細胞培養(yǎng)成細胞群，可制備針對一種抗原表位的特異性抗體即單克隆抗體。
